Santi Pura Boutique Resort Condominium is a creation of SG Development (Thailand) Co. Ltd with a registered capital of Baht 90 Million (fully paid), is managed by Mr. Songkran Grachangnetara, a niche developer who is committed to blending the concept of modernity together with a sense of tradition, culture and the arts. Within this conceptual framework Santi Pura was born. Our contractor is Christiani & Nielsen a publicly and an internationally renowned name in this industry and a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Christiani & Nielsen was the first construction company in Thailand, being majority owned by the Crown Property Bureau, ensuring that Santi Pura was built according to the highest standards in safety and workmanship.
Moreover, Santi Pura's landscape architects, Urbanique Co Ltd also responsible for the landscape of The Evason Pranburi, have subscribed to the idea of preserving the site's already scenic natural surroundings, such as the large indigenous sugar palm trees, wide beach front and mountainous areas, ensuring that once you set foot into your home away from home you can truly leave the worries of city living behind.
